To establish advanced leather centers in Jordan and Egypt, playing the role of focal points to bloom innovations and promoting entrepreneurship.
Design and Engineering
To develop interdisciplinary new methods for design and engineering university students in the field of emerging materials and technologies, boosting knowledge and technology transfers from academia and research centres to companies and vice-versa
Textile and Clothing
To promote industrial digital and green innovations in the advanced textile industry through innovation in learning and training
To modernize higher education area in the textile sector through smart textiles
To accelerate innovation, teaching and learning in the field of medical, protective, sensorial and smart 3D textiles design
To modernize higher education area in the textile sector through eco-design, circular economy and sustainability
To foster enterprise-university cooperation in Tunisia by the establishment of three innovation textiles’ centers
To support higher education students to acquire trans-disciplinary innovation skills applying creative and industrial design to the textile sector
